Before we mobilize

A crew that has to leave a site for one missing item costs everyone a week. Have these in hand and we can start the day we say we will.

The approved plans: the civil set the city released, with the grading and drainage sheets.
The geotechnical report, with its boring logs.
The permits: the city's grading or site permit, the stormwater plan on a site of an acre or more, and any tree removal permit.
Private utilities marked: the lines 811 does not mark, such as site lighting, irrigation and private water or power. We call in the one-call ticket.
Survey control: the surveyor's control points and the benchmark the plans are drawn to.
Access: a way in for equipment and trucks, gates and keys, and any easement cleared.
One decision-maker: the person on the owner's side who can answer a question on site.

Missing something? Send what you have and we will tell you what is left. The longer version is our site preparation checklist.
