Federal, state and municipal

We build to whatever governs the job: the federal process on federal work, TxDOT and heavy highway specifications on state work, the city's standards on municipal work, the project's geotechnical report on private work, and the ASTM test methods behind all of them.

  • Federal

Federally funded highway and access work, delivered with the documentation, daily reporting and certified payroll it requires. Past performance under the Federal Highway Administration on TX FLAP 200.

  • State

Work to TxDOT and heavy highway specifications, where lime and cement stabilization under the pavement is most of the earthwork, and the testing behind it runs through TxDOT methods.

  • Municipal

City streets, trails and water treatment plant sites, for cities and the general contractors who build for them, including Telephone Road for the City of Melissa, in progress now.

Identifiers and codes

What a contracting officer or a prime needs to find IRONWILL Earthworks and enter us in their own system. Our registration on SAM.gov (SAM.gov asks you to sign in) and our SBA certification profile carry the same numbers; the SBA profile, open to anyone, adds both certifications and their dates.
