Who we are
This website belongs to Ironwill Earthworks, LLC, a commercial earthwork contractor at 2430 Squire Place, Suite 1, Dallas, TX 75234. If you have a question about anything on this page, email info@ironwillearthworks.com or call (214) 865-7305.
What we collect, and when
We collect information only when you type it into one of our forms. Nothing on this site asks you to create an account, and we do not buy contact information from anyone.
There are three forms, and this is everything each one asks for.
The contact form
Your first and last name, email address, phone number, company, project location, the kind of project it is, and whatever you write in the comments.
The brochure download
Your first and last name, email address, phone number and company. We ask for these because the brochure is sent to you rather than downloaded anonymously.
The job application forms
Your name, email address, phone number, the positions you are interested in, when you can start, what you write about yourself, and your resume if you attach one. A resume is the most personal thing this site handles, and it is treated that way: it travels as an email attachment to our hiring inbox and it goes nowhere else.
Where it goes
Every submission is emailed straight to IRONWILL Earthworks and nothing is stored on this website. There is no customer database behind this site and no submission is written to a file on the server. We use a delivery service called Resend to carry the mail, in the same way an email provider carries any other message.
We read what you send, and we reply to it. We do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or hand it to anyone for advertising. We share it outside the company only if the law requires it, or if you have asked us to pass it to someone, such as a general contractor we are bidding with.
Analytics, and what this site puts in your browser
We use Google Analytics to see which pages get read and roughly where our visitors come from. Google Analytics places cookies in your browser, with names beginning _ga, so that it can tell a repeat visit from a new one. We look at this as totals. We are not trying to work out who you are from it, and we do not run advertising trackers, retargeting pixels or social media trackers on this site.
We also use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without setting any cookie at all. Apart from those two, this website sets nothing in your browser: no cookies of our own, no local storage, nothing kept between visits.
If you would rather not be counted, every current browser lets you block cookies or use a private window, and Google publishes a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics everywhere.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as we are talking to you about the work, and an application for as long as we are considering you or the role is open. After that we have no reason to hold it. If you want yours removed sooner, ask us and we will remove it.
Asking us to delete what you sent
Email info@ironwillearthworks.com and tell us what you sent and roughly when. We will find it, delete it, and tell you it is done. You do not need to give a reason, and it will not count against a job application you have already made.
Keeping it safe
This site is served over an encrypted connection, so what you type into a form is encrypted on its way to us. Once it reaches us it sits in our company email. No system is beyond reach, so if something does go wrong with information you have given us, we will tell you rather than keep it quiet.
Children
This is a commercial construction website and it is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us something, email us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
Some pages link to outside sources, such as federal agencies, standards bodies and SAM.gov. Those sites have their own privacy policies and this one does not cover them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how any of this works, we will change this page and move the date at the top. This version is dated 1 October 2026.
