Oversee multiple earthwork projects from mobilization through final completion. Manage foremen, coordinate with project managers, and ensure all work is delivered on schedule and within budget.

Non-Negotiables:

• 7+ years of earthwork/sitework experience
• – Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• – Proven leadership and crew management skills
• – Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
