Lead and manage field crews on commercial and residential earthwork projects. Coordinate daily operations, ensure quality control, and maintain a safe job site.

Non-Negotiables:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• – 5+ years of earthwork/excavation experience
• – Valid driver’s license
• – Ability to read and interpret grading plans
