Scott Fletcher CEO, FOUNDER
Scott Fletcher is the driving force behind IRONWILL Earthworks, bringing over 25 years of extensive experience in the heavy civil construction industry. As a seasoned leader and Marine Corps veteran, Scott has built a reputation for his unwavering commitment to excellence, integrity, and safety. His career is marked by a proven track record of launching and scaling successful business units, with a focus on earthwork and site development.

Throughout his career, Scott has been responsible for overseeing multi-million-dollar projects across various market sectors, consistently delivering exceptional results. His expertise in project management, business development, and operational efficiency has led to significant revenue growth and strong client relationships throughout his career.

Scott began his construction career at the age of 18 as a general laborer and has since gained hands-on experience in nearly every role within the industry. After earning his degree in Construction Management from Oklahoma State University, he has built a diverse skill set that spans project management, field operations, and strategic leadership. Scott is deeply committed to his community, actively participating in his family’s church and children’s school. A passionate veteran advocate, he works tirelessly to support and raise awareness for those who have served. He recharges his batteries by spending time with his beautiful wife and three wonderful kids. He is an avid outdoorsman and trout bum ever in search of the next mountain stream.
Patricia Ortiz Muciño Sr Project Manager
Patricia is a multifaceted professional who brings a wealth of talent and expertise to the construction industry. With a strong foundation in project management, she adeptly oversees complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all objectives are met. Her exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail make her a reliable leader in high-pressure situations.

Patricia has a strong background in accounting and finance, allowing her to navigate financial complexities and optimize resource allocation effectively. Her understanding of contractual law and safety ensures compliance and mitigates risks in all agreements, safeguarding her organization’s interests. Her extensive field knowledge in construction and unwavering work ethic further enhances her capabilities. By combining hands-on experience with her technical expertise, Patricia is able to make informed decisions that drive project success.

Patricia holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business from UT Arlington and is currently working towards her MBA in Finance. She enjoys spending time with her family and is the proud mom of a very spoiled golden retriever named Benny, and a cheeky cat named Mew. Her passions include all things music, dancing, concerts, swimming, coffee and baseball. She visits the Colorado mountains every chance she gets, and cooking is her secret talent.

Victor Lopez Foreman
Meet Victor, one of our key players. With over 9 years of experience in civil construction and earthwork, Victor’s experience in and out of the field reflects in his production and interaction with our customers. He is a knowledgeable operator who delivers consistent results with a light hearted personality.

He is a busy father of 7 who loves spending time with his family and enjoys music, dancing and playing video games with his kids.

Meet Jorge, a natural leader with over 10 years of experience in the earthwork industry. With a strong work ethic and a proactive approach, Jorge consistently demonstrates exceptional initiative, ensuring that every project is executed with precision. He is passionate about training and mentoring others, sharing his extensive knowledge and hands-on experience to empower his colleagues. His approachable demeanor, smile and endless jokes create a positive learning environment, encouraging teamwork and collaboration.

Jorge is a wonderful family man who loves horses, old classic trucks, and the good ol’ country life.
